About the Role
Traffic Control Flaggers help support construction, utility, paving, and infrastructure projects by assisting with work zone setup, maintenance, and removal. The work may include placing and maintaining traffic control devices, supporting lane closures, performing flagger duties, and helping crews keep jobsite traffic patterns organized.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with traffic control setups and removals.
- Place and maintain signs, cones, barrels, and other work zone devices.
- Support lane closures and work zone operations.
- Perform flagger duties when required.
- Work outdoors on active roadway and construction projects.
- Follow crew direction and traffic control plans.
- Help load, unload, and organize traffic control equipment.
- Support daily field operations in and around the Gibsonia area.
Pay and Benefits
This position pays $22 per hour. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available.
