As a relatively new employee to RoadSafe Traffic systems, and as someone who has never worked in the construction industry, I was immediately drawn to the opportunity for learning and growth that my position with RoadSafe would afford me. Since being with the company, I have been given multiple projects to help improve communication and strengthen friendships among team members. I also know that my desire to learn and improve my workplace is heard by my Branch and Operations Managers as they are continuously looking for more ways to help me grow. Since being a member of the RoadSafe team, I have been impressed with the emphasis on safety within the company. Safety Moments start each meeting, Pre and Post checks keep vehicles in top working order and wearing PPE is mandated to keep each employee safe and ensures we all go home to our families at the end of the day. I am excited to be part of the RoadSafe team.

I have been a part of the RoadSafe team for over a year now, in two different roles. During my time here, I have worked with amazing individuals in not only the HR team, but also the operations team in my local area. Being able to work in each department, I have come to recognize how the organization runs together and how even in different departments, team members have your back! RoadSafe goes the extra length to ensure that safety is a priority, but also that their team is being taken care of. When transitioning to a new role, I received so much support and have had the opportunity to learn many new facets of the industry. What I enjoy most about working at RoadSafe is knowing that we contribute to the safety of our customers and the motoring public. It gives me a sense of pride to be part of something bigger than myself. Every day is different at RoadSafe—since we provide traffic control across three states, I’m constantly faced with new challenges and opportunities.
